All forms used in the operations of our university have been arranged in accordance with the Quality Assurance System and have been added to the Quality/FR-Form menu on the Quality Coordination Office web page. In addition, quality documents such as job descriptions and workflows under the quality menus of the units will be shared only with our staff on the page https://kalite.artvin.edu.tr/tum-dokumanlar. Units are required to remove old versions of all documents on their web pages (including old documents downloaded to their computers, if any) and edit their Quality menus according to the attached guide (the Quality tab of the Strategy Development Department page can be used as an example). When it is necessary to add a new document, revise the existing document or cancel the document, the Unit Quality Officers are contacted and a document in accordance with AÇÜ-PR-001-Documented Information Activities Procedure is prepared and sent to kalite@artvin along with AÇÜ-FR-0002-Document Request Form. It must be sent to edu.tr. It is important not to use documents that do not contain headers.
